Legal Aid is generally not available for these types of offences and Karen will undertake representation in respect of these matters on a fixed fee basis to include all preparation and representation. To be represented in respect of driving offences before a court may involve the incurring of disbursements. These could include for example a forensic analysis of a blood test or the instruction of an accident expert. These disbursements are in addition to any fees payable to Karen Todner Ltd and are incurred on a case by case basis. You will be asked to consent to give prior authority before the incurrence of any such disbursements.
